Customer assistance and presentation of findings

Even though the Omnibus is a multi-client survey, we provide individual assistance to all our clients to ensure the adequate treatment of the client's research issues

We can provide findings in different data format: ASCII, Excel, SPSS or other based on customer specific requirements.

Omnibus customers receive cross tabs for each question, broken down by SEL, city, age group, gender and other specific variables required by the customer.

A report of findings is provided upon customer request.
